- Who can apply?
- Up and coming leaders in the asphalt industry, as well as established leaders seeking to expand their knowledge, are encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 5+ years asphalt experience
- Age is not a factor – eligibility is based on passion, leadership potential, and commitment to professional growth.
- Letters of recommendation from peers & supervisors are required as part of the application.
