  • Who can apply?
    • Up and coming leaders in the asphalt industry, as well as established leaders seeking to expand their knowledge, are encouraged to apply. 
    • Experience: 5+ years asphalt experience
    • Age is not a factor – eligibility is based on passion, leadership potential, and commitment to professional growth.
    • Letters of recommendation from peers & supervisors are required as part of the application.
